You need one packet of Country
Kitchens Bakery\'s Round White
Pitta bread, grated cheese and
tomato puree.

Firstly, toast the pitta bread on
a medium heat . Allow to cool a
little and cut it open carefully,
dividing it into two disks of
pitta. Spread a little tomato
puree to cover the open sides of
the pitta, grate a little cheese
over it and place it under a
medium grill. Wait two or three
minutes until the cheese melts.
Leave it to cool for a minute or
two and enjoy.
