Mushroom and Bacon Melt

1 Country Kitchens Multigrain
Boule
4 large Flat mushrooms
3 Pieces of streaky bacon
Grated cheese
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper (Seasoning)

Bake the Multigrain boule as per
instructions. Slice, drizzle
lightly with olive oil and place
on a baking tray. Gently grill or
fry the mushrooms and bacon. Place
the mushrooms in the centre of the
bread. Slice the bacon into small
pieces and place on the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the cheese over the
mixture and grill until golden.
Season as required
