Garlic Cheese Ciabatta

2 Country Kitchens Ciabatta,
Unbaked
100g Butter
2-3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
1 Teaspoon parsley
Grated cheese (preferably
Mozzarella)

Blend the garlic and parsley into
the butter until well mixed. Slice
the ciabatta in half and spread
with the butter mixture. Sprinkle
with cheese and place in a
preheated oven at 200*C for 8 mins
or until the cheese is golden
brown. Allow to cool slightly and
enjoy
